Mark is an adventurous person who loves the outdoors. He and his wife Cathy, both enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new areas of the world. With his free time he likes playing handball, hiking trails, skiing the mountains of Montana and listening to the blues. He loves telling jokes, cheering on his favorite hockey team and spending time with his grandchildren. He’s always good for a story and is an amateur woodworker.

Brett Haukedahl
President
Brett, along with his wife, Amber, and their daughter, Bailey, can be found running the trails with their chocolate lab, Toby, near their home along the Minnehaha Parkway in Minneapolis. In his spare time, Brett enjoys winter camping, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, and of course playing hockey. Solving a crossword, answering a trivia question, or playing a game of Catan with friends are only a small sample of his interests. He’s well-traveled, having lived in both Europe and South America, enjoys listening to music, and plays guitar and mandolin.

Jacob Rahbain
Financial Planning Associate
Jacob, along with his wife and daughter, live in the Twin Cities suburb of Apple Valley. In his spare time, Jake enjoys fishing on Lake Mille Lacs, bowling with friends, playing hockey, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Sully. He greatly enjoys watching and staying up to date with all Minnesota sports teams, especially the Minnesota Wild and Vikings. Having graduated from the University of MN Duluth, Jake takes advantage of every opportunity to spend a weekend traveling up north and exploring the beautiful scenery and landmarks bordering Lake Superior.

Katie Pietsch
Client Services Specialist
Katie, along with her husband, live in the southern metro and enjoy going on walks and trying out new restaurants in their area. They have a tradition of Saturday brunch followed by visiting the local ice cream shop. Katie enjoys researching how to take the best care of her houseplants, owns her own photography business, and loves perusing art museums. In her free time she’s usually found spending time with others be that her family or friends. She has completed a rollerblade marathon and doesn’t end the day without doing a crossword puzzle. She participated in musicals throughout high school and college and hopes to see Hamilton on Broadway someday.
